Cookie S’mores


  • 12 chocolate chip cookies
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 7 ounces milk chocolate, melted


  1. Dip the bottom of each cookie into the melted chocolate. Leave to dry on a tray lined with parchment. Once the chocolate has set, slice each large marshmallow in half to create 2 circles. Turn 6 cookies upside down, so the chocolate is facing up. Put two marshmallow halves on top of each and use a blow torch to caramelize. Top with the remaining cookie halves and serve.
