  • 7 ounces milk chocolate, melted and cooled

  1. Blitz the cookies into a fine crumb and add the melted butter.
  2. Pour into a base-lined cake pan and press firmly. Set aside in the fridge.

Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the caramel sauce, peanut butter and milk chocolate and beat again until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Add the cream and continue to beat until the mixture thickens.
  4. Spoon mixture on top of the chilled base and level the top. Leave in the fridge to firm up overnight.
  5. Transfer cheesecake to a plate.

Decorations

  1. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together and smooth over the top.
  2. Drizzle with the caramel sauce and melted chocolate then scatter over the chopped Snickers bars.

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place the cookies on a baking tray.
  3. Cut the Snickers bars into chunks and divide evenly on top of the cookies.
  4. Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes until all the Snickers pieces have melted, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
