This chocolatey Argentine dessert is layered with cookies, cream cheese and dulce de leche — need we say more?


  • 500 grams of cream cheese
  • 500 grams of dulce de leche
  • Sweet cocoa
  • Milk
  • 300 grams of milk (bittersweet) chocolate
  • 300 milliliters milk cream
  • 500 grams chocolina cookies (chocolate cookies)


  1. Beat the dulce de leche with the cream cheese until they fully integrate.
  2. Prepare chocolate millk to soak the cookies in it.
  3. Make a first layer of wet cookies.
  4. On top pour a layer of the previous mixture of dulce de leche and cream cheese.
  5. Repeat the procedure for 3 more times.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Make the granache: Boil the cream
  8. Pour to a bowl containing chopped chocolate.
  9. Reserve for 5 minutes.
  10. Integrate the mixture.
  11. Pour the mixture on the cake.
  12. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
