Crunchy Zucchini with Yogurt Pesto Sauce

Got that craving for fries, but want something healthier? Try these crispy zucchini fries with a yogurt pesto sauce.
1 cup wheat flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 bunches basil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and black pepper
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup yogurt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the zucchinis into sticks. Season with salt.
Dredge in the wheat flour, dip into the beaten eggs and coat in the breadcrumbs.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
In a blender, add the basil, Parmesan, garlic and olive oil. Blend until all the ingredients are combined.
Transfer into a small bowl. Add the walnuts and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add the yogurt and mix well.
Serve pesto sauce alongside crispy zucchini.
