- ¼ cup salted butter, room temperature
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 12 oz good quality milk chocolate
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- Vanilla pound cake
- sliced banana
- fresh strawberries
- Place the butter and whipping cream in a pot and set to medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
- Remove from the heat and add the milk chocolate. Stir until fully melted. Add the red food coloring and mix well until combined.
- Pour into a fondue pot and serve with vanilla pound cake, bananas and fresh strawberries!
