• ¼ cup salted butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 12 oz good quality milk chocolate
  • 2 tbsp red food coloring
  • Vanilla pound cake
  • sliced banana
  • fresh strawberries


  1. Place the butter and whipping cream in a pot and set to medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the milk chocolate. Stir until fully melted. Add the red food coloring and mix well until combined.
  3. Pour into a fondue pot and serve with vanilla pound cake, bananas and fresh strawberries!
