Salted Caramel Fondue


  • ¼ cup salted butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 12 oz good quality dark chocolate
  • ½ cup dulce de leche
  • generous pinch of salt
  • Sliced apples
  • brownies


  1. Place the butter and whipping cream in a pot and set to medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the milk chocolate, dulce de leche and salt. Stir until fully melted.
  3. Pour into a fondue pot and serve with sliced apples and brownies!
