- ¼ cup salted butter, room temperature
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 12 oz good quality dark chocolate
- ½ cup dulce de leche
- generous pinch of salt
- Sliced apples
- Place the butter and whipping cream in a pot and set to medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
- Remove from the heat and add the milk chocolate, dulce de leche and salt. Stir until fully melted.
- Pour into a fondue pot and serve with sliced apples and brownies!
