Strawberry Cream Cheese Pastries

  • 1 sheet ( 8 ounces package) puff pastry, thawed

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Cut the sheet of puff pastry into 6 rectangles.
  5. Use a fork to prick the centers of the rectangles, leaving 1/2 inch border unpriced around

  8. Spread cream cheese mixture into the center of rectangles and arrange strawberry
  9. Slices on top.
  10. Bake for 15­18 minutes until golden brown.
