- 8 small potatoes, peeled
- Oil, for frying
- Cut the peeled potatoes into long rectangles. Cut vertical slices halfway through on one side.
- On the other side, cut diagonal slices halfway through.
- Place the potatoes into a bowl of water to rinse.
- Remove from the water and drain them, then place on skewers.
- Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry potatoes until golden brown. Serve with dipping sauces.
