• 8 small potatoes, peeled
  • Oil, for frying
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise


  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into long rectangles. Cut vertical slices halfway through on one side.
  2. On the other side, cut diagonal slices halfway through.
  3. Place the potatoes into a bowl of water to rinse.
  4. Remove from the water and drain them, then place on skewers.
  5. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry potatoes until golden brown. Serve with dipping sauces.
