- 6 cups seedless watermelon, diced into chunks
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoon cup raw honey
- Place watermelon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place into the fridge for at least 4-6 hours, ideally overnight.
- Once frozen, place into the bowl of a food processor, along with the raw honey, water, and lime juice, and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or freeze for 30-45 minutes to harden.
