Aguas Frescas 4 Ways
Cool down with delicious watermelon cucumber lime, strawberry mint and 2 more refreshing agua frescas!
Ingredients
- 6 cups watermelon, chopped (reserve a few pieces for garnish)
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 limes, cut for garnish
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 cups water, divided
- Ice, for serving
Steps
- Place chopped watermelon, chopped cucumber, lime juice, sugar, salt and 1 cup of water into a blender. Blend until smooth, working in batches if necessary.
- Add remaining water to fruit mix and chill for a couple of hours before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wheel and a watermelon wedge.

- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 limes, cut for garnish
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 cups water, divided
- Ice, for serving

- Place strawberries, mint, lime juice, sugar, salt and 1 cup of water into a blender. Blend until smooth, working in batches if necessary.
- Strain through a sieve if desired.
- Add remaining water to fruit mix and chill for a couple of hours before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig.

- Ice, for serving
