- 6 cups honeydew, chopped
- 3 cups kiwi, chopped
- 2 kiwis, cut into wheels for garnish
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 limes, cut for garnish
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 cups water, divided
- Ice, for serving
- Place honeydew, kiwi, lime juice, sugar, salt and 1 cup of water into a blender. Blend until smooth, working in batches if necessary.
- Add remaining water to fruit mix and chill for a couple of hours before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wedge and a kiwi slice.
