Pineapple, Peach, Mango


  • 6 cups pineapple, chopped, reserve 1 cup for garnish
  • 2 cups peach, chopped
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 oranges, cut for garnish
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 6 cups water, divided
  • Ice, for serving


  1. Place pineapple, peach, mango, orange juice, sugar, salt and 1 cup of water into a blender. Blend until smooth, working in batches if necessary.
  2. Add remaining water to fruit mix and chill for a couple of hours before serving. Serve over ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and an orange slice.
