Alejandro's Java Horchata

Ingredients

- 4 cups prepared Starbucks® cold brew
- 1 cup of rice
- 8 cups of water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 8 cups evaporated milk
- 4 ounces condensed milk
Steps
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of rice to 6 cups of warm water and let sit for 2 hours.
- In a saucepan, heat the remaining 2 cups of water with 2 cinnamon sticks until cinnamon becomes soft.
- Stir rice mixture with the 2 cups of cinnamon mixture and blend on high in a blender until smooth.
- Stir in evaporated milk and condensed milk.
- Place 4 ounces of the mixture in a glass and stir with ice. Top each glass with 1/2 cup cold brew and enjoy chilled!
