• 2 packages instant mashed potatoes
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 7 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and mixed with sauce
  • Parsley, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 390ºF.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add mashed potatoes and milk. Stir until smooth. Decrease heat to low, add 6 cups of the shredded cheese, and stir until combined.
  3. Add meat sauce to a square baking dish. Layer mashed potatoes on top and spread out to smooth. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
