1 lb ground beef
⅓ cup sliced scallion
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp soy sauce
⅓ cup panko
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
¼ tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
¼ cup carrot, julienned
¼ cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
¼ cup daikon sprouts
1 ½ tsp Sriracha
¼ cup mayonnaise
4 burger buns
4 leaves red lettuce

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, scallion, and garlic.
In a small bowl, soak soy sauce, panko and oyster sauce to a paste.
Mix paste into meat mixture. Season with white pepper and combine.
Form 4 patties and let sit to room temperature.
Toss carrot, cabbage and cucumber together and season with a dash of soy sauce.
In a small bowl, stir Sriracha into mayonnaise and set aside.
Heat skillet to medium heat. Cook patties for about 5 minutes per side.
Toast buns if desired. To assemble, spread a thin layer of Sriracha mayo on bun, place lettuce on bottom bun, then burger patty followed by carrot slaw. Drizzle Sriracha mayo over the top.
