Things aren't quite as they appear when it comes to making this chocolate avocado banana cake.
15cm cake pan
60 grams granulated sugar
60 milliliters vegetable oil
130 grams flour, sifted
20 grams unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
In a bowl, combine avocado and banana and mash with a fork.
Add in eggs, vegetable oil and granulated sugar and mix until combined.
Add in sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder and gently fold in until batter is smooth.
Pour into a 15 centimeters cake pan and bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees C.
Decorate with fresh fruits and whipped cream.
