Ingredients

  • 9 eggs
  • Cooking spray or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra: toasted bread and crispy bacon

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Prepare a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  3. Carefully crack eggs into the sheet pan. Try to spread them out the best you can.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Cook eggs for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Serve with crispy bacon and toasted bread.

  • 6 bacon slices
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra: green onion to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the slices of bacon in the muffin tin.
  2. Wrap in a circle. Bake the bacon for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the bacon from the oven. Crack 1 egg into each of the cups.
  4. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of each cup to loosen and remove.
  6. Sprinkle with green onion.

  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra: fresh tomatoes

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Make a pit in the center of the bread by pressing it using a wooden spoon. Butter up the edges of the bread.
  2. Transfer the bread slices into a baking sheet.
  3. Crack an egg open right into the pit and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with fresh tomatoes.
