What's not to love about a creamy banana popsicle dipped in chocolate, and topped with whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry?
4 large bananas, chopped
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Whipped cream for garnish
Cherries for garnish
In a blender, blend the bananas, condensed milk, cream and milk.
Pour the mixture into disposable cups. After 30 minutes in the freezer, insert the popsicle sticks and return to the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Dip the tip of each popsicle in chocolate, turning so that the chocolate flows off. Then dip half of the chocolate-covered part in the rainbow sprinkles. Return to the freezer.
Garnish with whipped cream and cherries, and return to the freezer once again for the whipped cream to become firm.
