• 8 ounces linguine
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • Red chili flakes, for garnish


  1. Cook pasta al dente according to box instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili paste and garlic. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add shrimp, salt, cayenne and garlic powder. Stir to coat shrimp.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add pasta and sauce to the pan.
  5. Turn off the heat and mix together until pasta is coated.
  6. Add lime, green onions and cilantro, and garnish with red chili flakes.
