You only need a fork, skewer, cheese grater or butter knife to achieve these perfect pasta shapes.
3 1/2 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
5 extra-large eggs
Mound flour in the center of your work surface. Make a well in the middle and add the eggs. Using a fork, beat together the eggs, and begin to incorporate the flour.
Once half the flour has been incorporated, bring all of the flour together and start kneading the dough with the palms of your hands. If the flour is too sticky, add 1/2 cup of flour at a time until everything comes together. Knead for 5 minutes. Dust your work surface as needed.
Wrap the dough in plastic and let it rest for 20 minutes. Form pasta dough as desired.
Cook pasta for 1 to 3 minutes in salted boiling water.
Toss pasta in your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
