Who said basic was bad? No matter how you like your eggs, get your basics covered.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1,69 ounce white wine vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. In a separate bowl, break the egg.
  2. Boil the water (mildly) and mix in the vinegar.
  3. With a spoon, make a whirlwind in the water.
  4. In a bowl, break the egg and pour it carefully in the pan.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes.
  6. The egg white should wrap the egg yolk and turn white.
  7. With a skimmer, remove the egg gently from the water.
  8. Cut the excesses off the egg white to make it rounder.
  9. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
