- 3 eggs
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon butter
- In a bowl, beat the eggs using a fork or a balloon whisk.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Reserve.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan.
- Pour the eggs in the frying pan and move the frying pan slightly back and forth.
- When the sides are all cooked, add the filling of your choosing.
- Turn the heat off and fold the omelet in half.
- Place it on a dish and serve.
