• 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter


  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs using a fork or a balloon whisk.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper. Reserve.
  3. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan.
  4. Pour the eggs in the frying pan and move the frying pan slightly back and forth.
  5. When the sides are all cooked, add the filling of your choosing.
  6. Turn the heat off and fold the omelet in half.
  7. Place it on a dish and serve.
