- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream, fresh
- Black pepper
- Pour the eggs in a small saucepan.

- Mix it continuously with a spatula, always bringing the clotted eggs to the center of the pan.
- Remove from heat, then add the salt and the heavy cream to keep it from cooking.
