Ingredients
Berries and Dragon Fruit Jelly
- 1 package strawberries, halved
- Mixed berries
- 1 dragon fruit
- Edible flowers
- Mint
Cranberry Jello
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon agar agar powder
Carbonated Jello
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons agar agar powder
- 1 cup carbonated water
Steps
Berries and Dragon Fruit Jelly
- Use a melon baller to scoop out the dragon fruit and place a few pieces in a Bundt pan. Add some of the mixed berries and strawberries.
Cranberry Jello
- In a small bowl, combine agar agar powder and sugar.
- Boil cranberry juice in a small saucepan, and add agar agar and granulated sugar mixture.
- Whisk to combine, then remove once sugar has melted.
Carbonated Jello
- In a small pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add agar agar powder and sugar and whisk until melted.
- Remove from heat, then add carbonated water and stir to combine.
- Pour this mixture over the fruit until it is covered.
- Place pan in refrigerator until solid.
- Add more fruit to the pan and pour more of the carbonated jelly over the top.
- Place in refrigerator until solid.
- Add remaining fruit, then pour the cranberry jello over the top.
- Return to refrigerator until solid.
- Garnish with fruit, mint leaves and edible flowers to serve.
