- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar, plus more as needed
- In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
- Divide mixture among Chinese ceramic serving spoons, and steam them in a steamer for 10 minutes at low heat.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar on top them, and caramelize it with a kitchen torch.
