• 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, reserve some for topping
  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • 3 teaspoons red food coloring
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil, for baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. With vegetable oil, grease 6 disposable molds.
  3. In a Bain Marie, melt the butter and white chocolate together.
  4. In a bowl, add the eggs, egg yolks, and powdered sugar, then whisk together.
  5. Next, add in the melted white chocolate, mix together then add in red food coloring, stir well. Add the cocoa powder and flour, and whisk together.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the disposable molds. Cook for 15 minutes until the edges are cooked and the center is raw.
  7. Once cool to handle, on a plate, take each mold and turn upside down so the volcano spills out.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve, and enjoy.
