Crispy Prosciutto, Burrata, Tomato and Basil Breakfast Sandwich

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 3 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 large slices rustic Italian loaf

  • 1 poached egg

  • 4 oz sliced burrata (or spread)

  • 2 slices tomato

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic glaze

  • 2 slices thin prosciutto

  • 4 fresh basil leaves

  • Salt + pepper

  • Butter

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Butter both sides of bread. Toast until nice and golden.

  2. Meanwhile, cook your egg. Crack egg into the Norpro Egg Poacher and cook in microwave at half power for 2 minutes 10 seconds for a runny yolk or 3 minutes for a firm yolk. Set aside until ready to use.

  3. Time to assemble, top toast with burrata, slices of tomato, drizzle with olive oil and the balsamic glaze and sprinkle lightly with salt. Add prosciutto and then the poached egg. Finish with basil leaves. Top with 2nd slice of toast. Enjoy!

Maple Glazed Bacon & Brie Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices rustic Italian loaf

  • 1 poached egg

  • 2 strips bacon, cooked and cut in half

  • 2 large slices Brie cheese, softened

  • ½ cup arugula

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • Butter

  1. Butter both sides of bread. Toast until nice and golden.

  2. Meanwhile, cook your egg. Crack egg into the Norpro Egg Poacher and cook in microwave at half power for 2 minutes 10 seconds for a runny yolk or 3 minutes for a firm yolk. Set aside until ready to use.

Smoked Salmon & Herb Cream Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 poached egg

  • 4 Tbsp goat cheese

  • ½ cup spinach

  • ½ cup smoked salmon

  • 8 oz herbed cream cheese

  • Butter

Sausage and Cheesy Hash Brown Breakfast Sandwich

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 3 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 slices rustic Italian loaf

  • 1 poached egg

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sharp cheddar cheese

  • Smoked gouda cheese

  • 1 hash brown patty

  • ¼ onion, grilled and diced

  • 1 sausage link, cut lengthwise and in half

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Butter both sides of bread. Toast until nice and golden.

  2. Meanwhile, cook your egg. Crack egg into the Norpro Egg Poacher and cook in microwave at half power for 2 minutes 10 seconds for a runny yolk or 3 minutes for a firm yolk. Set aside until ready to use.

  3. Time to assemble. Spread mayonnaise on a slice of toast. Add cheese, stack hash brown on top. Add grilled onion, cooked sausage and poached egg on top. Top with second piece of toast. Enjoy!
