Breakfast Tacos 3 Ways

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 egg, fried
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. micro-greens


  1. Melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
  2. Add the wrap and lightly fry for 1 - 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and crispy.
  3. Remove the wrap from the heat and top with the fried egg, avocado, micro-greens, sea salt, and pepper.
