Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 egg, fried
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. micro-greens
Steps
- Melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
- Add the wrap and lightly fry for 1 - 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and crispy.
- Remove the wrap from the heat and top with the fried egg, avocado, micro-greens, sea salt, and pepper.
