- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- Melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
- Add the wrap and lightly fry for 1 - 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and crispy.
- Remove the wrap from the heat and top with the goat cheese, blueberries, and raw honey.
