Blueberry Chia

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey

Steps

  1. Melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
  2. Add the wrap and lightly fry for 1 - 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and crispy.
  3. Remove the wrap from the heat and top with the goat cheese, blueberries, and raw honey.
