Chunky Monkey

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. dark chocolate shavings
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Steps

  1. Melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
  2. Add the wrap and lightly fry for 1 - 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and crispy.
  3. Remove the wrap from the heat and top with the peanut butter, banana, chocolate shavings, and cinnamon.
