Steak with salsa verde will create a flavor party in your mouth.
1 pound skirt steak
Salt and pepper
5 to 8 tomatillos, peeled
2 to 4 garlic cloves
1 white onion
1 cilantro bunch
1 lemon, juiced
Preheat a grill pan over high heat.
Season the skirt steak on both sides with salt and pepper, and grill for 8 to 15 minutes depending on desired temperature and size of meat.
Make the salsa verde. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until chunky.
Slice the steak and serve with the salsa verde!
