Satisfy any sweet tooth with this brownie-based dessert, topped with sweet coconut and chocolate ganache.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup powdered cocoa
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 1/2 cups grated coconut
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 cups chocolate ganache
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until combined.
- Add the melted butter and the vanilla extract.
- Add the cocoa, flour and cornstarch and mix together.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- In a bowl, combine the grated coconut and the condensed milk.
- Top cake with coconut mixture and use a spatula to spread out evenly.
- Pour ganache over the top, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
