• 1 cup pancake mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Pre-made custard
  • Vegetable oil
  • 3 strawberries
  • Granulated sugar


  1. Cut milk carton into squares to use as molds. Place parchment paper on the inside of each mold, and staple together.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine batter ingredients.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the milk carton molds pan. Fill molds three-fourths of the way with the batter. Place a strawberry in the middle. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes with the lid on. Turn them over and cook for 10 more minutes.
  4. Remove them from the mold, spread custard cream on top, sprinkle them with granulated sugar, and broil them with a kitchen torch.
