• 50g chocolate
  • 2 parfaits


  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Lay a piece of bubble wrap onto a tray and pour the melted chocolate over it.
  3. Spread the chocolate using a scraper. Lay another piece of bubble wrap on top, making sure the bubbles on each side match up.
  4. Let cool until hardened. Remove the bubble wrap.
  5. Use a straw to create holes in the chocolate and break it up into a shape of your choice.
  6. Place them on to your parfait to finish.
