- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. unsalted peanuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp. dark chocolate morsels
- Add the almond milk, rolled oats, and cocoa powder to a sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil and then lower the heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
- To plate, pour the oatmeal into a bowl, and then top with the peanut butter, peanuts, and chocolate morsels over the top.
