• 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. dark chocolate morsels


  1. Add the almond milk, rolled oats, and cocoa powder to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and then lower the heat to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. To plate, pour the oatmeal into a bowl, and then top with the peanut butter, peanuts, and chocolate morsels over the top.
