  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 green apple, finely grated and drained of excess liquid (about 1/2 cup)
  • Caramel candies, quartered, plus more for dipping
  • Green candy melts, melted, for coating
  • To garnish:
  • Peanuts, super finely chopped
  • Small sprinkles, for garnish
  • Melted white chocolate
  • Melted dark chocolate

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt.
  2. In a stand mixer, add the brown sugar and eggs. Mix until combined. Drizzle in vegetable oil. In batches, slowly add flour mixture until combined. Fold in grated apple. Pour cake batter into cake pop molds, and place one-fourth of a caramel piece into the center of each. Tightly cover mold with lid. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Carefully remove pops from mold. Let cool slightly before inserting stick.
  3. Coat pops with melted green chocolate. Set aside until chocolate sets. Dip pops halfway into melted caramels. Embellish with chopped peanuts, sprinkles and white or dark chocolate drizzle. Be creative! Enjoy!
