1 firm and mature mango
100 grams of unsalted butter
100 grams of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Cream flavored ice cream
Peel and cut the mango
Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar.
Make a caramel and cook the mango for 10 minutes at low-fire.
Pour the cinnamon. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
