Udon Carbonara with Camembert Dip

Let thick udon noodles and creamy camembert cheese take carbonara to new levels.


  • 1 camembert cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • Carbonara:
  • 1 package cooked udon noodles
  • 50 grams bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 30 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. In a bowl, combine udon, bacon, egg, parmesan cheese and salt and mix well.
  2. Place camembert cheese in the center of a round baking plate.
  3. Arrange noodles around the cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees C.
  4. Cut off the top of the cheese. Sprinkle on black pepper and chopped parsley before serving.
