Carrot Chips With Zucchini And Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated Parmesan

  • 1/2 peeled carrot

  • 1/2 zucchini

Instructions

  1. Grate 1/2 carrot.

  2. Grate the peels of 1/2 zucchini.

  3. Add carrots, zucchini and parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix.

  4. Add spoonfuls of the mixture to an ovenproof dish.

  5. Press the spoonfuls with a spoon.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F degrees for 8 minutes.

  7. Leave it in the oven for 10 minutes.
