Ingredients
Marinade
- 3 tablespoons chili paste
- 2 tablespoons chili bean sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons liquor
- 1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
Cheese Beef Ribs with Bone
- 6 spare ribs
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 1/2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup corn
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Steps
Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, combine marinade ingredients.
- Add spare ribs and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Cheese Beef Ribs with Bone
- In a frying pan, add the sesame oil and cook the spare ribs, turning to cook all sides.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Remove spare ribs and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the cheese and corn and cook until cheese is melted.
- Return spare ribs to pan to serve.
