Ingredients
Cheese Dome Curry
- 200 grams cooked rice
- Milk
- 200 grams shredded cheese
- 20 grams butter
- 100 grams ground beef
- 50 grams onion, minced
- 50 grams carrot, minced
- 150 grams canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt
- Pepper
Topping
- 1 egg yolk
- Chopped parsley
- Pink peppercorns
Steps
Cheese Dome Curry
- Combine milk and cheese and cook until melted. Set aside.
- In a frying pan, add the butter, ground beef, minced onion, minced carrot and canned tomatoes. Cook until liquid has mostly evaporated.
- Add all ingredients for the curry and cook until beef is no longer pink.
- Top a plate of cooked rice with the curry, melted cheese and egg yolk. Garnish with chopped parsley and pink peppercorns.
