Ingredients
Cheeseburger Tater Tot Cups
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Special Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Mini pickles, crumbled bacon, sliced cherry tomato and sliced pearl onion for garnish
Steps
Cheeseburger Tater Tot Cups
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until beef has browned. Set aside until ready to use.
- Grease a mini muffin pan and place four tater tots in each cup.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and press the tots down, forming a cup.
- Fill the tater tot cups with the beef and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove and cover each cup with the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
Special Sauce
- Mix together all of the ingredients for the special sauce.
- Garnish with pickle slices, tomato, crumbled bacon and a drizzle of the special sauce.
