Cheeseburger Tater Tot Cups

Ingredients

Cheeseburger Tater Tot Cups

  • 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Special Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Mini pickles, crumbled bacon, sliced cherry tomato and sliced pearl onion for garnish

Steps

Cheeseburger Tater Tot Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until beef has browned. Set aside until ready to use.
  3. Grease a mini muffin pan and place four tater tots in each cup.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven and press the tots down, forming a cup.
  6. Fill the tater tot cups with the beef and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  7. Remove and cover each cup with the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.

Special Sauce

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients for the special sauce.
  2. Garnish with pickle slices, tomato, crumbled bacon and a drizzle of the special sauce.
