- 200g potatoes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 5g cornstarch
- 2 slices cheese
- Finely dice the potatoes.
- Boil them for 15 minutes.
- Add cornstarch, salt, and pepper to the boiled potatoes. Carefully mix them together without breaking up the potatoes too much.
- Spread the potato mixture evenly into a rectangular frying/egg pan.
- Place sliced cheese on top and fold the mixture in half.
- Cook until both sides are golden brown.
