• 200g potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 5g cornstarch
  • 2 slices cheese


  1. Finely dice the potatoes.
  2. Boil them for 15 minutes.
  3. Add cornstarch, salt, and pepper to the boiled potatoes. Carefully mix them together without breaking up the potatoes too much.
  4. Spread the potato mixture evenly into a rectangular frying/egg pan.
  5. Place sliced cheese on top and fold the mixture in half.
  6. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
