Cheesy Mashed Potatoes With Canadian Bacon

When you thought mashed potatoes couldn't be yummier, we added savory bacon and mozzarella.


  • 150 grams potatoes
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams shredded cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 10 grams butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 slices Canadian bacon


  1. Boil the potatoes until soft. Peel and mash until smooth.
  2. Cook the bacon until done and set aside.
  3. In the same frying pan, add in butter, shredded cheese, mozzarella, garlic and milk and cook until ingredients are combined and cheese has melted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Add in the mashed potatoes and mix to combine.
  5. Serve with Canadian bacon.
