There are few finger foods as satisfying as a classic spicy chicken wing.
2 pounds bone-in wings
3 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper
3 tablespoons paprika
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix rigorously until chicken is fully coated and all dry ingredients are moist and covering the chicken.
Line a baking sheet with 3 layers of aluminum foil (for easy clean-up). Place wings on baking sheet, skin side up, and place in oven for 35 minutes or until lightly charred.
Let rest for 6 minutes and enjoy.
