Quick 'n' Easy Spicy Chicken Wings

There are few finger foods as satisfying as a classic spicy chicken wing.


  • 2 pounds bone-in wings
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix rigorously until chicken is fully coated and all dry ingredients are moist and covering the chicken.
  3. Line a baking sheet with 3 layers of aluminum foil (for easy clean-up). Place wings on baking sheet, skin side up, and place in oven for 35 minutes or until lightly charred.
  4. Let rest for 6 minutes and enjoy.
