Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 pound chicken wings

Steps

  1. Mix everything except the wings
  2. Marinade the wings in half the chimichurri sauce for one hour
  3. Dry and bake the chicken wings at 450°F for 25 minutes for a crispy golden skin
  4. Serve hot and drizzle with more chimichurri sauce and fresh parsley/cilantro
