Chocolate and Coconut Ombré Popsicles

Not only are these chocolatey frozen treats pretty, but they're easy to make and perfect for summer too.


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Pour a small portion of the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes, or until firm.
  3. Add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to the mixture, pour another layer into the popsicle mold and place in the freezer to firm.
  4. Insert the popsicle stick, repeat the procedure, adding one tablespoon of cocoa each time until the cocoa runs out and the popsicle molds are filled up.
  5. Place in the freezer for 2 hours and serve.
