Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place a tablespoon of chocolate chips on the wide side of each triangle. Roll up, placing the seam of the triangles underneath. Pinch both ends to close. Place croissants on baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 until golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Using a serrated knife, cut horizontally into croissants without slicing all the way through. Spread the inside with Nutella and close croissant back up. Top with powdered sugar and serve.
